Brzeziny [bʐɛˈʑinɨ] (German: Birkenfelde) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Środa Wielkopolska, within Środa Wielkopolska County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Środa Wielkopolska and 25 km (16 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.

The village has a population of 50.
