Rydzewo [rɨˈd͡zɛvɔ] (German: Rydzewen, 1938-45: Schwarzberge)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north of Ełk and 123 km (76 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
