Lisy [ˈlisɨ] (German: Lissen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Banie Mazurskie, within Gołdap County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Banie Mazurskie, 20 km (12 mi) south-west of Gołdap, and 114 km (71 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945, the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 260.
