Witowice[2][3] [vitɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bogoria, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) east of Bogoria, 17 km (11 mi) north-east of Staszów, and 59 km (37 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.[4]

The village has a population of Decrease 221.

Demography

According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 229 people residing in Witowice village, of whom 50.2% were male and 49.8% were female. In the village, the population was spread out with 27.5% under the age of 18, 32.3% from 18 to 44, 19.2% from 45 to 64, and 21% who were 65 years of age or older.[1]
