Ruszcza[2][3] [ˈruʂt͡ʂa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Połaniec, within Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Połaniec, 18 km (11 mi) south of Staszów, and 69 km (43 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.[4]

The village has a population of Increase 642.

Demography

According to the 2002 Poland census, there were 613 people residing in Ruszcza village, of whom 50.2% were male and 49.8% were female. In the village, the population was spread out with 23.2% under the age of 18, 38.7% from 18 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 16.8% who were 65 years of age or older.[1]
