Ptakowice [ptakɔˈvit͡sɛ] (German: Ptakowitz, 1936-45: Dramatal-Ost) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zbrosławice, within Tarnowskie Góry County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) east of Zbrosławice, 7 km (4 mi) south-west of Tarnowskie Góry, and 25 km (16 mi) north-west of the regional capital Katowice.

The village has a population of 748.
