Batrachocottus is a genus of fish endemic to Lake Baikal in Russia. This genus of sculpins (Cottoidea) is variously considered to belong either to the family Cottocomephoridae,[1] Cottidae[2] or Abyssocottidae.[3]

There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Batrachocottus baicalensis (Dybowski, 1874) (Bighead sculpin)
- Batrachocottus multiradiatus L. S. Berg, 1907
- Batrachocottus nikolskii (L. S. Berg, 1900) (Fat sculpin)
- Batrachocottus talievi Sideleva, 1999
