The R346 is a Regional Route in South Africa that connects Kidds Beach with Stutterheim.

Its northern origin is from the N6 at Stutterheim. It heads south-south-west through Braunschweig to King William's Town where it crosses the N2 at a staggered junction. It leaves the town heading south-south-east through Zwelitsha. There, it turns east-south-east until it ends at a junction with East London's M5.
