Joe Neil Womack is a former American football halfback who played 1 season with the Pittsburgh Steelers[1] of the National Football League. He played college football for the Los Angeles State Diablos. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 150th pick in the 13th round of the 1960 NFL draft.[2]
