These (mostly?) Trump-related editnotices were blanked in 2021 as being no longer needed, so they have not been used for three years. I asked about blank edit notices in general, and I didn't really get a response. I then asked the editor who blanked these notices, and that editor had no opinion on whether they should be deleted. Template:Infobox essay

Yeah, it's broken because I can't get it to work, hence the {{helpme}} tag. I was trying to demonstrate what an essay Infobox should look like. As I explained, the Infobox for books doesn't work well for essays.
It's like using the Album infobox for a song. The two things are different. Sometimes, there are album-length songs, just as there are book-length essays. But most often, an essay is a totally different genre from a book. It has different parameters, and it would make sense to have an infobox that served it better than borrowing the one for books.
