Alibek Sultanovich Delimkhanov (Russian: Алибе́к Султа́нович Делимха́нов) (born October 16, 1974) is a Chechen colonel, military commander of the Kadyrovtsy Spetsnaz battalion Sever (North).

Zaur Dadaev, a former second-in-command to Alibek Delimkhanov, confessed that he had decided to kill Boris Nemtsov because of his criticism of Islam and Ramzan Kadyrov, according to Russian media.[1][2]
