This is a list of neighbourhoods in Kampong Ayer, the riverine stilt settlement in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. The neighbourhoods listed below are officially designated as villages, the third- and lowest-level administrative divisions of Brunei, as well as the mukims that they are administered under. As Kampong Ayer is within Bandar Seri Begawan, these neighbourhoods may also be considered the neighbourhooods of the capital city.
