Parectopa bumeliella |
Parectopa bumeliella is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Kentucky and Arkansas in the United States.[1] It was described by Annette Frances Braun in 1939.[2]
The host plants for the species include Sideroxylon lanuginosum and Sideroxylon lycioides. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a wide upperside linear mine expanding into a white blotch, usually obliterating the early mine. The blotch is roughly oval in outline.
