Bruce Odland

Bruce Odland (born 1952 in Milwaukee) is a composer and sound artist known for public space sound installations.[1] He lives and works in Westchester County, New York.

Biography

Bruce Odland was educated at Northwestern University where he studied composition. From 1979-1984 he was musical director of the Denver Center Theatre in Colorado . In 1984, he was the production manager of Mister Heartbreak tour of Laurie Anderson in Japan and the US. Then from 1996 to 1998 he served as Composer - in - Residence for the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown, New York.
