EMI-Capitol Special Markets were an EMI subsidiary. It bought 3C Records in the early nineties.
It later operated as EMI Music Marketing in North America but have since been absorbed into Universal Music Enterprises for material they purchased from EMI while Warner-owned rights are now handled through Rhino.
