KQEP-LP is an FM radio station broadcasting on a frequency of 97.9 Megahertz. KQEP-LP has a Chinese format and is licensed to the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota.[1][2] The station's 90 watt signal covers most of downtown Minneapolis and portions of St. Paul, Minnesota. It can also be heard as far north as Roseville.
