Qarah Quyun-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره قويون شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Showt County, West Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 6,170, in 1,366 families.[2] The rural district has 20 villages.
