Qaflankuh-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان قافلانكوه شرقي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Kaghazkonan District, Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 3,274, in 911 families.[2] The rural district has 18 villages.
