Qezel Uzan Rural District (Persian: دهستان قزل اوزن) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 2,958, in 571 families.[2] The rural district has 12 villages.
