Qareh Poshtelu-e Pain Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره پشتلوپائين) is a rural district (dehestan) in Qareh Poshtelu District, Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,238, in 684 families.[1] The rural district has 20 villages.
