Qoltuq Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلتوق) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Zanjan County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,284, in 1,259 families.[1] The rural district has 10 villages.
