Eastern Football Conference

The Eastern Football Conference refers to one of at least three football leagues, one active and three defunct, from the United States and Canada.
- It has been the name of three different collegiate football conferences in the United States:
- Eastern Football Conference (1965–1974), an NCAA College Division football league, active from 1965 to 1974.
- Eastern Football Conference (1997–2000), an NCAA Division II football league, active from 1997 to 2001.
- It was also a former name of one of the divisions comprising the modern-day Canadian Football League (CFL):
- Canadian Football League East Division, known as the Eastern Football Conference between 1960 and 1980.
It could also refer to the Eastern Collegiate Football Conference, the name of two separate NCAA football leagues:
- Eastern Collegiate Football Conference (1990–1997) an NCAA Division II football league, active from 1990 to 1997.
- Eastern Collegiate Football Conference an active NCAA Division III football league established in 2009.
