Samuel Locke (1836–1890) was a 19th-century Member of Parliament from the Gisborne Region of New Zealand.

He represented the East Coast electorate from a by-election in 1884 to 1887, when he retired.[1] In the 1884 election, he defeated William Lee Rees.[2]
