Megarthria peterseni is a species of moth in the family Pyralidae. It was described by Philipp Christoph Zeller in 1881. It is found in Costa Rica, Cuba, Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Panama, Colombia and Brazil (Rondônia).[2]
