Seppa East is a village in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It is located in the East Kameng district, 80 km East of the state capital Itanagar. Seppa consists of 16 Villages and 16 Panchayats.

Seppa East is one of the 60 constituencies of Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh. The current MLA (August-2016) of this constituency is Tapuk Taku, who belongs to Indian National Congress party.
