Carlos Busqued (born 1970) is an Argentine writer, radio producer, engineer and university professor in the Department of Engineering at the University of Córdoba.[1] He was born in Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña in Chaco province, but currently lives in Buenos Aires. For radio, he has produced the programmes Vidas Ejemplares, El otoño en Pekín and Prisionero del Planeta Infierno. He has also contributed to the magazine El Ojo con Dientes. He was nominated for the Premio Herralde for his debut novel Bajo este sol tremendo. It has been translated into English by Megan McDowell.
