"Other People's Lives" is a 1997 7" single by American indie rock band Modest Mouse. The single features "Other People's Lives" on the A-side, with "Grey Ice Water" on the B-side. Both songs later appeared on the Building Nothing Out of Something compilation and were left unreleased elsewhere. The first pressing was on clear bright blue vinyl. Up Records claims this was a mispressing and subsequent pressings were on dark seafoam green marbled vinyl. The green vinyl edition is rarer than the mispressed blue vinyl.[citation needed]
