Zabłoto [zaˈbwɔtɔ] (German: Sablath) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kostomłoty, within Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1]

It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Środa Śląska, and 31 kilometres (19 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
