Simon Hillary (born 16 July 1992) is the Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product Development for Equine MediRecord, a Software-as-a-Service company providing Equine industry professionals with a means of streamlining their compliance under both national and international regulation. He began his career as a freelance software developer, working in Java-based and Web Development roles for small and medium enterprises. After consulting for multiple organisations in both the public and private sector, he co-founded the company with a long time classmate of his from secondary school, Pierce Dargan. The company has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 2016, becoming the first system to be officially approved by industry regulators in Ireland, the United Kingdom and France.
