Héctor Lizárraga (born September 1, 1966 in Mexico) was a Mexican boxer in the Featherweight division. He is a former WBC Continental Americas, IBF Inter-Continental, and the IBF Featherweight Champion.[1]

Pro career

In April 1989 Hector won the WBC Continental Americas Featherweight Championship by beating veteran Hugo Anguiano.[2]

IBF Featherweight Championship

On December 13, 1997 Lizarraga won the IBF Featherweight Championship by destroying South Africa's Welcome Ncita.[3]

Personal life

He was married to Teresa and has 4 kids Hector Jr, Esteban, Jesenia, & Eddie.
