Jurerê International is an affluent seaside resort in the eponymous neighbourhood of Jurerê in Florianópolis, the capital and second-largest city in the state of Santa Catarina in Brazil.
It is a residential area developed by Habitasul Group. Famous Brazilian actors and soccer players make it their destination for holidays, which has given Jurerê Internacional a reputation as a high-end area.
This neighbourhood is the product of extensive town planning and became a reference in the subject[clarification needed]
The region has a number of good hotels and restaurants. The general safety of the neighbourhood and good services make it a frequent destination for well-to-do families.[citation needed]
