The Chinese Development Assistance Council (abbrev: CDAC; Chinese: 华社自助理事会) is a joint development of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations (SFCCA). This council was established in 1992. The mission of the CDAC is "to nurture and develop the potential of the Chinese community in contributing to the success of a multiracial Singapore".
