Christian Wegner Haaland

Christian Wegner Haaland (6 February 1892 – 1952) is a Norwegian ship-owner and politician for the Conservative Party.

Haaland started his own shipping company in 1914. From 1937 to 1940 he was the president of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association.[1]

He served as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from the Market towns of Vest-Agder and Rogaland counties during the term 1945–1949.[2] On the local level he was the mayor of his birth town Haugesund in 1925, 1928–1931 and 1945.[1]
