Mirificarma fasciata is a moth of the family Gelechiidae. It is found in Spain.

The wingspan is about 8.5 mm for males and females. The head is white mottled with grey. The forewings are white and ochreous cream, mottled with dark brown scales mainly near the wing margins.[2] Adults have been collected in December.
