Borili (Kazakh: Бөрілі ауданы, Bórili aýdany) is a district of West Kazakhstan Region in western Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the town of Aksay.[2] Population: 54,809 (2013 estimate);[1] 53,235 (2009 Census results);[3] 48,958 (1999 Census results).[3]
