Hutal Batkul is a town, and one of twenty union councils in Battagram District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. The whole village is composed to 8 small town's‚ the entire population of the village belonged to the same tribe and they are Akhund khails the sons of Akhund Drveza Baba his original name was Abull Rashed sahaib an accomplished scholars of formal outward religias and as well as mystic‚ and well accomplished poet in the pushto and Persian.that's whay the people's of the village strictly religious' honest and extremely generous. And particularly Hootal ھوتل witch is mane village in the Hootal Batkul union consul highly peaceful and extremely respective. Here is High School BHO andمدرسہ تعلیم القرآن.and mostly source of income of the people is from overseas.[1]
