The album received mostly negative reviews from critics. Comments compared him to Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, saying: "like Soulja Boy, he became famous off of a one-dance hit."[This quote needs a citation]

The Source said that there is a little hope in the songs "By Faith" and "Do You Know".
