The Herbert Samuel restaurant (Template:Lang-he) in Tel Aviv, Israel is a restaurant recognized for culinary excellence.
Herbert Samuel often appears on lists of top restaurants; it has been so listed by La Liste and by the French Foreign Ministry.[1][2][3][4]
In 2016 Herbert Samuel opened a kosher edition in Herzliya; Jonathan Roshfeld was the chef.[5][4] In 2016 Herbert Samuel opened a Jerusalem branch which is kosher.[6][7]
The signature dish of the Herzliya restaurant, which is located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, is a tomato salad made with seven varieties of tomatoes, tossed together with olives, radishes, onion, scallion, and fresh basil by chef Kobi Obayon.[8]
