Cryptoleptosphaeria is a fungal genus in the order Diaporthales, class Sordariomycetes. The relationship of this taxon to other taxa within the order is unknown (incertae sedis).[1] Cryptoleptosphaeria is monotypic, containing the single species Cryptoleptosphaeria moravica.
