Zohar Fresco (born 1969) is an Israeli percussionist[1] and composer, specializing on the frame drum. He is known to have created a unique technique that combines different traditional styles of playing frame drum. He is a member of the jazz trio MOŻDŻER DANIELSSON FRESCO, together with Polish pianist Leszek Możdżer and Swedish double bass player Lars Danielsson.[2] Previously, he was a member of the Israeli band Bustan Abraham, which existed between 1991 and 2003.[3]

During his career, he has collaborated with music personalities such as the drummer Hamid Drake,[4] violin virtuoso Taiseer Elias,[5] saxophonist Daniel Zamir[6] and oud player Ara Dinkjian.[7] He has also toured with Philip Glass[8] and others.
