Exaeretia lutosella is a moth of the family Depressariidae. It is found in Ukraine, Romania, the Republic of Macedonia, Croatia, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal,[1] Turkey, Palestine, Syria and Morocco.[2]

The wingspan is about 22 mm.[3]
