Central Albania (Albanian: Shqipëria qendrore) is one of the three NUTS-2 Regions of Albania.[2] It consists of two counties: Tirana County and Elbasan County.

Central Albania is in yellow.

In colloquial usage some other regions are often included in "Central Albania", especially Durres and Shijak, and, less consistently, Diber County, Kruja, Pogradec, Berat and Myzeqe.
