Early life and career

Aqeel Abbas Jafri was born in Karachi on 10 August 1957. One of his major achievements in his life so far is compiling and writing a book called Pakistan Chronicle that was published in 2010 after he spent 20 years working on it.[2]

His work Pakistan Chronicle has old hard-to-find photographs and accounts of historic events from 14 August 1947, (the independence of Pakistan day) to 31 March 2010.[2] This book reads like a fact-sheet on Pakistani events with over 4000 pictures on its 1,080 pages.[2]
