The Right Reverend Francis William Lickfield (February 9, 1908 – December 14, 1998) was the fifth bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Quincy. He was a graduate of Temple University and the Philadelphia Divinity School, New York. Burgess retired on June 30, 1973.
