Cambridge is an extinct town in Saline County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The GNIS classifies it as a populated place.[1]

Cambridge was laid out in 1848.[2] With the construction of the railroad, business activity shifted to nearby places, and the town's population dwindled.[2] A post office called Cambridge was established in 1845, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1903.[3]
