Kaghazkonan-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان كاغذكنان شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in Kaghazkonan District, Meyaneh County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1][2] At the 2006 census, its population was 3,818, in 1,212 families.[3] The rural district has 32 villages.
