Doug Clarey (born April 20, 1954) is a former Major League Baseball infielder. He played one season with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1976. He hit one home run in four at bats and finished his brief career with a 1.000 Slugging percentage. The home run was a pinch hit, go-ahead, game-winning blast in the top of the 16th inning off of Mike Caldwell on April 28, 1976.

On March 30, 1977, Clarey was traded to the New York Mets in exchange for Benny Ayala. Clarey played only a handful of games for the Tidewater Tides in 1977.
