Anne Leahy (archaeologist)
Anne Leahy was a New Zealand archaeologist, active from 1949 to 1995.[1]
Biography
Leahy was a staff member at the University of Auckland and was active in archaeological fieldwork for over 20 years, from the early 1960s to the mid 1980s.[2] She was also the treasurer of the New Zealand Archaeological Association.[3]
Photographs by Leahy of excavations, and the items discovered during them, are held in the collections of the University of Auckland and the Auckland War Memorial Museum.[4]
