AllMusic[1]

Good to Go marked for 7 Seconds a return to the sound of their 1980s hardcore sound, diverging from the new wave and pop they had produced in the late 80s and early 90s. In his review for AllMusic, Steve Huey called the album, "extremely well done."[2] It was their first release on SideOneDummy Records.
