Tragumna (Tráig na Móna in Irish, meaning Strand or Beach of the Turf) is a small hamlet located in the parish of Castlehaven about 5 km from the town of Skibbereen in County Cork, Ireland.

There is a small safe beach at Tragumna with a tiny island known as Drishane island located about 100 metres offshore. The beach at Tragumna has once again been awarded a Blue Flag for the year 2019

A small lake (Lough Abisdeally) is nearby and is popular with birdwatchers. 3 km away is the world-famous Lough Hyne which is a designated Marine Nature Reserve.
